Cancellation Policy
Spa Policies
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
2. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed with prior notice via call or text, based on service length and provider availability.
3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service.
For consultations or treatment packages: a $45 cancellation fee will apply, and any deposit will be forfeited.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Same-Day Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule on the same day:
– Rescheduling to a later time on the same day (if available) will incur a $15 rescheduling fee.
– Rescheduling to a future date will result in a 50% charge of the service fee.
– For consultations, any deposit will be forfeited.
All rescheduling is subject to availability and provider discretion.
Frequent Rescheduling:
Clients who reschedule more than three times before completing their first appointment may be removed from the client list at the owner’s discretion.
5. Card Payment Fee
A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
