Cancellation Policy

CLEMENTINE SKIN BAR – BOOKING POLICIES 1. Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. By booking, you agree to the policies below. 2. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. 3. Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may not be able to be accommodated. If a service is shortened due to lateness, the full service fee still applies. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show at the provider’s discretion. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Any rescheduling or cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. Rescheduling prior to the 24-hour window will not incur fees. 5. Consultations and Packages: Cancelled or no-showed consultations within the 24-hour window will result in forfeiture of any deposit. Missed appointments with packages will forfeit 1 service from that package. 6. Frequent Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule more than three times before completing their first appointment may be removed from the client list at the owner’s discretion. 7. Payment Processing Fee: A 3.5% card processing fee applies to all card transactions. Outstanding fees must be paid before booking future appointments. 8. Emergencies: Emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency occurs.
