Our mission is simple: to offer customized skincare solutions, inspire positive lifestyle changes, and create a relaxing space where you can unwind and glow with confidence. Cancellation Policy
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. Providing notice helps us avoid any issues with future bookings.
2. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be turned away and charged 100% of the service cost. Please call or text if you know you will be late- we allow a 10-15 minute grace period with communication.
3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. For consultations and treatment packages, no-shows, cancellations, and same-day reschedules will be subject to a $45 charge plus loss of deposit. Product pickups are subject to a $15 charge when cancelled or no-showed.
4. Same-Day Reschedules: If the service is rescheduled for a future date, there will be a 50% charge. If the service is rescheduled for the same day, a $15 charge will apply to the service.
5. Multiple Reschedules: Clients who reschedule more than 3 times before completing their first appointment may be removed from our client list at the owner’s discretion.
6. Tax/Processing Fee: There is a 3.5% fee for all card payments.
